Through the results of this study, it is proven that communication style has a significant effect on morale through work performance at PT. Laser Jaya Sakti, and can mediate relationship between influence morale. Regarding previous research commitment, continuous commitment occur. Permanent engagement means component based employee's perception loss. Consequences if he leaves organization. Continuous involvement staying in organization, an individual need, consideration person invested lot personal resources abilities (knowledge skills) so very dangerous for him to leave. Continuing occurs when employees stay organization because they need pay other benefits, or employee cannot find another job. The main factor behind continuity investment limitation alternatives (lack alternatives) have leave In research, clear basis going concern cost taking into account revenue, dimension called arithmetic liability. Because indicators measure dimensions including individual's major losses leaving organization; It difficult even you want to, most important remains with alternatives.
